Passing the Certified Web Exploitation Expert (CWEE) – January 2025

After months of dedication and persistence, I finally passed the Certified Web Exploitation Expert (CWEE) in January 2025! This certification was one of the toughest I’ve tackled, testing deep web security knowledge and advanced exploitation techniques.

My first attempt in summer 2024 ended unsuccessfully, and my second attempt didn’t go as planned due to a lack of free time. The 10-day exam is a true test of endurance, requiring patience, skill, and an understanding of complex vulnerabilities. On my third attempt, I finally cracked it!

CWEE pushed me to refine my web security methodology, sharpen my exploitation skills, and think more critically about real-world attack scenarios. As an eCommerce developer, this certification reinforces my ability to build and secure web applications against modern threats.
